  1. COMPETITION – 4 NIGHT NEW YORK STAY (2024)

1.1 The promoter is Stonegate Farmers (company no. 01019356) whose registered office is at Whiteoaks Farm, The Old Sidings, Corsham Road Lacock, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 2LZ

1.2 This competition is brought to you by Free Range Ethical Eggs of Stonegate Farmers (“Stonegate”)and Element London Limited, whose registered office is at 5 Morie Street, London, United Kingdom, SW18 1SL (“Element”).

1.3 This Competition will run for the “Competition Period” which shall be from Monday 13th May 2024 until Monday 15th July 2024.

1.4 By entering this Competition, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). The details of the Competition form part of these T&Cs. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference. Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited at Stonegate’s sole discretion.

1.5 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands aged 18 years or over except employees of Stonegate, Element and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

1.6 Entrants must meet the following requirements (the “Eligibility Criteria”): reside in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, be at least 18 years of age or older and have access to the internet.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

2.1 Every person who meets the Eligibility Criteria (“Entrant”) shall be entitled during the Competition Period to enter the Competition.

2.2 Entrants may enter the Competition by visiting https://freeggs.co.uk/competitions and completing the online form (name and email address) during the Competition Period.

2.3 The Competition must be entered in each Entrant’s own name, it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else. No bulk, software-generated, automatic or third-party entries shall be accepted. If a false name is used, that Entry will be disqualified.

2.4 Each Entrant is limited to one Entry. If more than one Entry per Entrant is received, or if any Entrant attempts to submit more than one Entry by using the same, multiple or different names or email addresses, all such Entries may be deemed void and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Competition.

2.5 Only Entries that have been completed correctly and in full will be entered into the Competition. Stonegate does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged Entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit Entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.

  1. WINNER SELECTION

3.1 The Winner will be chosen by means of randomised selection from all valid Entries.

3.2 There will be a total of 1 winner.

  1. THE PRIZE

4.1 The prize is as follows:

1x 4 night family trip to New York City for 2 adults and 2 children including:

  1. Economy/coach class flights from the capital city of the country where the Recipients all reside to New York City, New York, United States (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties)

  1. Accommodation is based on Four (4) nights in one (1) quadruple occupancy room for two (2) adults and two (2) children under sixteen (16) years old, with breakfast at a 4-star hotel in New York City, New York, USA

  1. One (1) gift card for the specified dessert store is provided to the value of $200 USD

  1. Private IF-inspired painting workshop:(2 hours) includes equipment, private instructor and artwork to take home

  1. 5-hour unlimited ride wristbands at an amusement park on Coney Island

  1. Tickets to a colourful interactive creative art NYC museum

  1. Toy building workshop experience at a legendary NYC Toy Store: (experience is for children only) includes one of the following:

  • Create your own personalised fashion doll, includes 1 x doll to take home
    • Build your own customised remote control car, includes 1 x race car to take home
    • Pick your own baby doll to adapt, includes 1 x doll to take home
  1. Tickets to immersive exhibition space in a NYC skyscraper
  2. Ice cream sundaes at a colourful NYC dessert store: includes gift card provided to the value of $200 USD
  3. 1x MetroCard ticket per person (valid for trip duration)
  4. Travel insurance allowance: provided to the value of $100 USD
  5. Full winner management from Element: including translation of correspondence and travel documentation where required

4.2 The winners will be chosen at random by an independent adjudicator.

  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRIZE
    • The prize provider is Element London Limited, Registered Office: 5 Morie Street, London, United Kingdom, SW18 1SL; (“Element”).
    • Economy/coach class flights from the capital city of the country where the Recipients all reside to New York City, New York, United States (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties); Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion.
    • Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s.
  • At least one (1) person travelling must be aged 21 years old or over.
  • Each Prize Package is for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children under sixteen (16) years old, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.
  • Accommodation is based on Four (4) nights in one (1) quadruple occupancy room for two (2) adults and two (2) children under sixteen (16) years old, with breakfast at a 4-star hotel in New York City, New York, USA; The Accommodations must include a Saturday night. Accommodations do not include any other meals (unless stated otherwise), incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, will be the responsibility of the Recipients. A credit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit card; Hotels will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion.
  • Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time.
  • Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.
  • Each Recipient must provide a copy of their passport in order to book the Prize Package.
  • Once booked no changes to the itinerary will be permitted.
  • Prize cannot be taken over Christmas and New Year, or over Public Holidays in the USA or the country of departure.
  • For the amusement park, age, weight and height requirements may apply for certain rides and attractions.
  • One (1) gift card for the specified dessert store is provided to the value of $200 USD.
  • It is the participants responsibility to advise Element of any circumstance that may prevent them from participating in any element of the prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance.
  • All tours and experiences will be conducted in English.
  • The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package.
  • Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available.
  • If winner chooses to forfeit any of the stated activities then no alternative activities will be provided.
  • All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; all recipients are responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to and entry to the prize package destination; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests.
  • Travel insurance is a requirement for travel; an allowance for travel insurance is provided to the value of €100 EUR (€50 EUR per person) and must be booked by the winner and guest within 2 weeks of the flight booking confirmation; proof of coverage policy will be required for reimbursement.
  • Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel; all participants must adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations in place at the time of experiences.
  • Proof of vaccination may be required and will be advised upon booking; the arrangement and additional costs for any additional COVID-19 testing, quarantine accommodation or other expenses that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
  • Winner and guest should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to take part in any element of the prize, since interaction with the general public may increase the risk of exposure to COVID-19. By choosing to take part in any element of the prize, winner and guest acknowledge and agree that they accept any such risk associated with those elements of the prize package.
  • Each participant (and, if under 18, their parent or guardian) must sign and return a release and waiver of liability as a condition of their participation in the trip, pursuant to which each participant shall, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, release, among others, Paramount Pictures France and its affiliates from any and all liability arising out of the use or misuse of the prize and participation in any prize-related activity.
  • CONTACTING THE WINNER

6.1 Stonegate will make reasonable efforts to notify the Winner of the Prize using the email address used to submit the Entry during the week commencing 15th July 2024.

6.2 If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Stonegate reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6.3 Stonegate is not responsible for email addresses recorded incorrectly. If having made those efforts it is not possible to contact the Winner, Stonegate reserves the right to offer the Winner’s Prize to the next valid Entrant selected by means of randomised selection. Any reselection will be undertaken in accordance with these T&Cs.

6.4 Following the initial congratulations email notifying the Winner, the Winner’s personal contact details will be asked for by Stonegate and shared with Element to arrange the prize for you.

  1. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

7.1 Stonegate reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the Competition at any time. Stonegate’s decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.2 The Prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered. Once a Prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred and must not be sold on.

7.3 Stonegate, including its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, excludes all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature and howsoever arising in relation to these T&Cs, this Competition and/or the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

7.4 In consideration of being awarded the Prize, if you are the Winner, you may be required by Stonegate and Element to take part in publicity related to the subject of the Competition. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of the Winner’s name, photographs (which the Winner will provide on request) and statements made by the Winner concerning the Competition and/or the Prize.

7.5 The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of this Competition, unless you opt-in to receive future marketing communications from Free Range Ethical Eggs or Element by selecting the tick boxes on the competition form.

7.6 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/Instagram/Twitter, and Facebook/Instagram/Twitter shall not be liable for any losses whatsoever arising from this Competition and/or the Prize. You are providing your information to Stonegate and not to Facebook/Instagram/Twitter.
