Biscuit Jar Brownies
Why choose your favourite biscuit when you can have them all – and on top of a gooey brownie? Star baker please!

Ingredients
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 150g sugar
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 120g unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 'Big N Free' Free Range Ethical Eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Assorted biscuits, to decorate
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan. Lightly grease a 13 x 33cm baking tray and line with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together with an electric mixer until just combined.
- Transfer the brownie batter to your prepared baking tray and arrange your biscuits over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the brownies comes out clean.
- Cool to room temperature before slicing to serve.
